Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes and original tags back into the Step2 box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
